Mike has significant corporate and consulting experience in leadership development, executive team effectiveness and executive coaching. Mike spent most of his career at Merck as an HR executive for global organizations, playing a senior leadership role in the Pharmaceutical and Vaccines business units where his professional experiences include organizational development, talent management, communications and merger integration. Throughout his career, Mike was recognized for his ability to build lasting and effective relationships and to earn the trust and respect of his executive clients.
Following retirement in 2011, Mike has engaged as an executive coach with organizations in both the public and private sectors. His emphasis is on executive coaching and team alignment with the purpose of developing business executives and leadership teams to lead and operate more effectively.
Mike is a member of the Board of Directors of Laurel House, a non-profit organization in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Ursinus College, Collegeville PA.
